How does the Loyalty Program work?

The club membership of the loyalty pogram has own rules. All you need to do, is to register for the club. After paying your hotel bill at the end of the stay, you will receive a specific number of points on your bonus account. The guest becomes a member of the club after filling in the application form.

Loyalty points are accrued automatically after payment and end of the current stay. The status of the club account can be checked by the guest at the hotel reception.

HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER?

Simply ask for application form at any Spa hotel reception that is available at our hotel receptions. Club membership begins with your valid registration form, accepted by the Spa. Please note, that the preparation of the Silver, Golden and Platinum cards takes some time. Principles of personal data processing

CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARDS

All new club members will be issued a club membership card based on the reservation made for their stay in the spa. Use this tab to quickly identify the member. The card corresponds to that membership level. Silver and gold cards can be collected in person at the reception. The spa reserves the necessary time for its production.

IMPORTANT

Discounts cannot be applied to the payment of the spa fee. Spa Jáchymov reserves the right to change the conditions for issuing the card and related benefits.We believe that you will be satisfied with the benefits that the Radon Spa Club loyalty program will bring you. Become a member of the club, collect points and enjoy all the benefits.

The additional discount does not apply to clients of travel agencies, travel agencies, groups and online booking portals that are not owned by the Spa!
