Payment & guarantee conditions: A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. Please note that upon check-in it is necessary to present the credit card used in the reservation process.

Cancellation conditions: Confirmed reservation is fully guaranteed and can be cancelled free of charge no later than 1 day prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 1 day before arrival (incl. no-show or early departure) : 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Payment due upon arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Children under 15 years are not allowed to hotel Retro Riverside Wellness Resort. Hotel is adult only.
15+ years: 99 EUR per night on sofabed in River Suite with breakfast included and free entry to wellness area.

Other information:  Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out until 11:00. Pets are not allowed.
