City tax is not included in the room price, 50 Kč (aprox. 2 €) per person/night needs to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.​​​​​​

Cancellation Policy: If canceled or modified up to 1 day (till 03:00 p.m. local time) before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Guarantee conditions: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the first night on your credit card (at any time after booking confirmation) to verify its validity.

Children and extra beds:
Child up to 5 years of age on an extra bed free of charge including breakfast (baby cot on request free of charge).
Child from 6 years taken as an adult
- on an extra bed for 40 EUR per night without breakfast.

Other information: Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out until 12:00. Cats and dogs up to 15kg are accepted in all guest rooms, a charge of 20 EUR per night will apply. Bigger pets only upon request.
