book your stay in advance!
5% discount for early booking
By booking your stay at least 5 months prior to arrival, you will receive a 5% discount. A 50% deposit must be paid within 6 weeks from the date of booking confirmation to receive the discount. By booking your stay in time, you not only benefit from a favourable discount, but also have the opportunity to choose your accommodation and the dates of your stay without restrictions.
The early booking discount does not apply to bookings made through travel agencies and portals, except for on-line bookings made on the official website of AXXOS HOTELS. The discount does not apply to discounted stays (e.g. with a group discount).

Does the Spa Jáchymov benefit your health? Were you satisfied with us? Recommend your stay in Spa Jáchymov to your friends. Bring them to us and get a financial bonus of 5% of the price of your recommended guest's stay on your next stay.
Conditions for the financial bonus:
- individual booking of a new guest who has never stayed with us (clients of travel agencies and agencies cannot be acknowledged)
- the new guest's booking must be made in writing and include the name of the guest who recommended the booking
- you will receive a financial bonus for your stay only after the new guest has paid and completed their stay
- the financial bonus will be deducted from the basic price of your next stay, it does not apply to services purchased on the spot

Kids up to 3 years old FREE without services = until the age of 3

Rules for applying and maximum discounts
Discounts for stays (medical, relaxation, hotel accommodation, etc.) - are added up to a maximum of 20%.
EXCEPTIONS:
- Discount for children under 12 years of age staying in an extra bed, cumulatively increased by an additional 10%.
What does not count towards the discount limit:
- early booking discount
- bonus for new guest
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE DISCOUNT?
- Discounts do not apply to the spa fee.
- The discount does not apply to treatments or services purchased later.
- The discount cannot be applied to group retreats for which special rates are set.
All discounts apply only to direct bookings for stays at Spa Jáchymov. When booking through travel agencies and agencies, only the discount for a child and extra bed is available.
If there are multiple discounts, they are deducted gradually, not from the initial amount.
