City tax is not included in the room price, 2€ per person/night needs to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.

Payment & guarantee conditions: A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. Payment due upon arrival.

Cancellation conditions: Confirmed reservation is fully guaranteed and can be cancelled free of charge no later than 1 day (14:00 local time) prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 1 day before arrival (incl. no-show or early departure) : 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Children and extra beds:    
0-2 years: free of charge including breakfast
3-12 years: 20 EUR per night on an extra bed, including breakfast and free entry to pool & sauna
13 years+: 30 EUR per night on an extra bed, including breakfast and free entry to pool & sauna

Children halfboard (price per person/day):

• child 0 - 2 years free
• child 3 - 12 years 10 EUR
• child from 13 years and adult 20 EUR

Extrabed: 3rd persons, using the services in the package included, on extra bed with 20% discount from the full price of the person in the package.

Other information: Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out until 11:00. Cats and dogs up to 15kg are accepted in all guest rooms, a charge of 12 EUR per night will apply. Bigger pets only upon request. 

For technical & safety reasons, dogs are strictly not allowed to enter the green fields of the golf course.

Parking: For FREE directly next to the hotel
