Spa Treatment package with 15 treatments for min. 6 nights.

Minimum lenght of the spa program is 7 days. Listed services are included every week. City tax is not included in the room price, 50 Kč (aprox. 2 €) per person/night needs to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.​​​​​​

Payment & guarantee conditions: A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. Please note that upon check-in it is necessary to present the credit card used in the reservation process.

Cancellation conditions:

Confirmed reservation is fully guaranteed and can be cancelled free of charge no later than 14 days (14:00 local time) prior to arrival.
In case of late cancellation the following conditions will apply:

• cancellation 14-8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
• cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
• NO-SHOW and early departure: 100% of total amount will be charged

Children treatment policy:

• 0-6 years of age: no treatment available
• 7-14 years: 10 treatments per week determined by a physician based on a diagnosis (pediatrician)
• 15 years+: 15 treatments per week determined by a physician based on a diagnosis

SUPPLEMENTS NOT INCLUDED IN CONFIRMED ROOM RATE:
(supplements are added upon arrival to confirmed price)

Accompanying person/children with spa program treatment:

• 7-14 years: 10% discount on the full price of the person in the package on a fixed bed and 30% discount on the full price of the person in the package on the extra bed
• 15 years+: 0% discount on the full price of the person in the package on a fixed bed and a 20% discount on the full price of the person in the package on the extra bed

Children policy & extrabeds (without spa treatment):

Child up to 5 years of age on an extra bed free of charge including breakfast and entrance to the wellness center. (baby cot on request free of charge)
Child from 6 years taken as an adult
- on an extra bed for 40 EUR per night including entrance to the wellness center and without breakfast.
- on an extra bed for 55 EUR per night including breakfast and entrance to the wellness center.
- on an extra bed for 75 EUR per night including halfboard and entrance to the wellness center.
- on an extra bed for 95 EUR per night including fullboard and entrance to the wellness center.

Other information: Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out until 11:00. Cats and dogs up to 15kg are accepted in all guest rooms, a charge of 20 EUR per night will apply. Bigger pets only upon request.

Parking: Unfortunately due to the city rules, it is not possible to park the car next to the hotel on the street. Our staff will help to guide you to the nearest parking lot where is possible to park your car for standard fee 8 EUR per night.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
