Payment & guarantee conditions: A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the booking. Payment due upon arrival.

Cancellation conditions: Confirmed reservation is fully guaranteed and can be cancelled free of charge no later than 1 day (14:00 local time) prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 1 day before arrival (incl. no-show or early departure) : 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Extrabed: 3rd persons, using the services in the package included, on extra bed with 20% discount from the full price of the person in the package.

Other information: Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out until 11:00. Cats and dogs up to 15kg are accepted in all guest rooms, a charge of 20 EUR per night will apply. Bigger pets only upon request.

Parking: Our parking lot has limited capacity with standard fee EUR 20,- per night.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
