*Half board includes hot & cold buffet breakfast and dinner served as buffet or 3-course dinner (upon hotel occupancy).

City tax is not included in the room price, 2€ per person/night needs to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.

Payment & guarantee conditions: A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. Please note that upon check-in it is necessary to present the credit card used in the reservation process.

Cancellation conditions: Confirmed reservation is fully guaranteed and can be cancelled free of charge no later than 1 day (14:00 local time) prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 1 day before arrival (incl. no-show or early departure) : 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Children and extra beds*:    
Child up to 5 years of age on an extra bed free of charge including breakfast and entrance to the wellness center (baby cot on request free of charge).
Child from 6 years taken as an adult:
- on an extra bed for 40 EUR per night including entrance to the wellness center and without breakfast.
- on an extra bed for 57 EUR per night including breakfast and entrance to the wellness center.
- on an extra bed for 78 EUR per night including half board and entrance to the wellness center.

*NOTICE:
Babycot is possible to place to all roomtypes.
Maximum 1x Extrabed is possible to place into rooms Deluxe Forest view, Deluxe Golf view, Junior Suite and Suite. 

Extrabed: 3rd persons, using the services in the package included, on extra bed with 20% discount from the full price of the person in the package.

Other information: Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out until 11:00. Cats and dogs up to 15kg are accepted in all guest rooms, a charge of 30 EUR per night will apply (+ dammage refundable deposit 100 EUR upon arrival). Bigger pets only upon request. Please contact in advance at the hotel reception about the conditions and prices for accommodation of pets (dogs and cats).

For technical & safety reasons, dogs are strictly not allowed to enter the green fields of the golf course.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
