Minimum lenght of the spa program is 7 nights. Listed services are included every week. 

Payment & guarantee conditions: A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. Please note that upon check-in it is necessary to present the credit card used in the reservation process.

Cancellation conditions:

• cancellation 14-8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
• cancellation 7-3 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
• cancellation less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
• NO-SHOW and early departure: 100% of total amount will be charged

Children treatment policy:

• 0-6 years of age: no treatment available
• 7-14 years: 10 treatments per week determined by a physician based on a diagnosis (pediatrician)
• 15 years+: 18 treatments per week determined by a physician based on a diagnosis

Accompanying person/children with spa program treatment:

• 7-14 years: 10% discount on the full price of the person in the package on a fixed bed and 30% discount on the full price of the person in the package on the extra bed
• 15 years+: 0% discount on the full price of the person in the package on a fixed bed and a 20% discount on the full price of the person in the package on the extra bed

Accompanying person/children without treatment:

• 0-5 years: free of charge including breakfast
• 6 years+: 55 EUR per night on an extra bed, including breakfast and free entry to pool & sauna

Meal policy for accompanying person/children without treatment or supplement for half-board:

• 0-2 years: free of charge
• 3-12 years: additional charge 10 EUR/night per meal
• 13 years+:  additional charge 20 EUR/night per meal

Other information: Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out until 11:00. Cats and dogs up to 15kg are accepted in all guest rooms, a charge of 20 EUR per night will apply. Bigger pets only upon request.

Parking: Parking is possible on secured parking lot behind the hotel at price: 20 EUR/car/day.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
