City tax is not included in the room price, 2€ per person/night needs to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.

Payment & guarantee conditions: A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. Payment is provided upon check-in.

Cancellation conditions: Confirmed reservation is fully guaranteed and can be cancelled free of charge no later than 1 day (14:00) prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 1 day before arrival (incl. no-show or early departure) : 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.  Payment due upon arrival.

Children and extra beds:    
Child allowed only for an extra bed in a room occupied by 2 adults. Maximum one extra bed per room.
0 - 2 years (included): Free of charge without services (babycot available on request)
3 - 12 years (included): 50 EUR per night on a fixed bed or 20 EUR per night on an extra bed, including breakfast and free entrance to the wellness center.
13+ years: child from 13 above treated as adult: 50 EUR per on extrabed with breakfast included and free entry to wellness area

Other information: Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out until 12:00. Cats and dogs up to 15kg are accepted in all guest rooms, a charge of 20 EUR per night will apply. Bigger pets only upon request.

Parking: Parking is possible on limited dedicated parking places in front of the hotel at price: 20 EUR / car / day. 

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
