Day-Shift Reception/Concierge – Hotel U Krále Karla

We are currently looking for a new colleague in our PRAGUE team:




What will be your job:


Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception in accordance with the standards of Hotel U Krále Karla
Coordinate all Front Office activities to ensure the maximum quality of the services provided and to keep guests satisfied
Arranging flawless check-in and check-out, billing services
Responsibility for cash and non-cash operations at the reception
Updating all data in the MEWS hotel program
Providing up-to-date information to clients
Solving any complaints from guests
Performing tasks as directed by the hotel manager


What we require from you:

Previous practice at hotel reception (min 1 year)
Organizational skills and competences
Very good knowledge of English, another world language advantage
Willingness to work in 12-hour daily shifts (including weekends and holidays) in the form of a long / short week from 7:00 to 19:00
Professional performance, communication, pro-customer approach
Attention to detail
